I have applied through LinkedIn and I got an email from the recruiter for a zoom video screening call of 30 mins. The interview went very well and I was told that they would email their decision for next interview within a week. That was the last statement from their side. I emailed the recruiter and they ghosted me. I was expecting at least a rejection email instead of just ghosting. Overall a negative experience. The screening was a mostly about my skills and a couple of basic technical questions.
