Got ghosted after 5+ interviews. The hiring manager delegated the decision to the team. Recruiter can't even be bothered to send a rejection template after all the interview rounds, unprofessional, how do they get away with this.

The interview consisted of 5 rounds with different stakeholders. First was with a recruiter, then with the hiring manager, then with some of the peers(fellow PMs and team leads), then with a Senior Director, and at the end it was with the VP of Product

They asked a lot of questions, especially around my background and how I would handle certain situations.

Interview
In person, phone call to arrange another time to meet for call back. Discussed salary at second thoroughly at round 2… the entire process took about 4 weeks to ever reach an official offer
