attended an "Assessment centre" which was relatively childish considering the positions. The format was a group discussion / problem assessment followed by a 20 minute scribble of an approach to a project that was then fed to one of twelve assessors who marked accordingly during a ten minute debrief. anyone involved in projects can see that this was a veiled attempt to see you and judge if you were a fit. no real measure of project management was assessed and no consideration to experience.
