Interview with HR, interview with 2 people I’d be working with closely, then a panel interview. Prior to the panel they required a writing exercise, which I was given less than 24 hours to complete. I was told the final round would be with the CEO. After completing 3 interviews and turning around a writing exercise in less than 24 hours, I was ghosted by the hiring team. This was extremely disappointing considering how much they talked about the importance of treating their employees right during the interview process.
