Doesn’t really give you a clue what your job will be. Just hire you if they like you. I would say it was pretty easy, did give me a tour which was nice
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Loc Performance (St. Marys, PA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Phone screen, MS Teams and in-person interview. In-person on-site interview was a panel interview. Typical questions asking how I would deal with various scenarios, additional information on past positions, etc. Engaged, excited employees who are clearly happy to be part of the LP team. I was slightly uncomfortable since I am on the autism spectrum and I was only expecting to meet with 1-2 people. Maintaining eye contact, voice levels and energy with so many people is exhausting for me if I don’t spend a lot of time preparing.
