I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Local World in Aug 2014
Interview
The process went very smoothly. I was given clear instruction in terms of the job specification, where I needed to be and when. It was also very clear what was expected of me at interview.
The interview was neither formal, nor informal (a bit of both really). It was a one and one session with the person who would become my line manager.
The experience was very comfortable and I have no complaints.
