The process was rigorous. 1st is HR Round, where in they ask about basic family background, last package, company experience etc Second round is Manager round wherein they ask question related job profiles, you must know about onboarding process. Client Handling is must. and communication is the key. Third round is Assignment wherein you have to answer objective or subjective question. Fourth is the CEO round where they ask about the experience and other soft skills related question.
