Applied online and scheduled an interview with the recruiter. The recruiter bumbled the first time (fine, it happens) and we rescheduled for the next day. Call seemed to go well and he said he would follow up in the next week. Three weeks later, I hadn't heard a thing, so I reached back out. Turns out they closed the position and didn't feel the need to tell any applicants.
