Great products, awful interview process. The recruiter reached out and coordinated interviews with 3 hiring managers, a cognitive/personality assessment, and a build exercise using their software. I was asked to present this exercise with an example customer case, in front of a panel of folks from sales and product.
After positive feedback and consideration for a similar pre-sales position due to insistence of hiring managers, the recruiter went completely dark and only responded to terminate my candidacy without any explanation.
I was surprised by the fact that after spending several hours evaluating a position and preparing my well-received presentation, I didn't received the decency of an explanation for why weeks of my time were wasted.
