Interview
They're looking for people who only worked on particular requirements. Interviewer came to conclusion to reject without properly checking the skills. Overall, it's not a fair interview procedure. There must be some proper reason to reject, I suggest them to look on the interview pattern.

Question 1
1. First round was taken by HR, and it went well.
2. But the second round was not great. She asked only on my previous experience reqs' and said I'm not suitable without evaluating my sourcing skills. If they're looking for particular reqs', it should be highlighted before coming to the interview, which they didn't do.
