Interviews over several weeks. The third round I was asked to do a QBR and present it. I had no guidelines or criteria, they only gave me a prospective client and a deadline. Mind you, I got the details on the Friday before Easter and was told to complete it in 5 days. I asked for a bit more time due to the holiday weekend and was ultimately told no. From this point, I realized this wasn’t the company for me and they wouldn’t be able to offer the good culture I’d hope to have. They were already prioritizing their company needs over mine and I wasn’t even their employee. YIKES!
