Initially interview process started off efficiently. Pre-interview screening call with HR member followed by a first stage virtual teams meeting with a member of leadership and a HR member. Both went well; however the follow up after was very disappointing - lack of communication and clarity. Ultimately I had to withdraw my application as almost 3 weeks after my interview I had received no feedback about progess of my application; which was frankly unprofessional and quite shocking for a company of such size and reputation.
