I interviewed at London & Partners (London, England)
Interview
• Scheduling issues right from the first call with the recruiter.
• Required to attend two separate on-site interviews, despite only meeting three people in total across both stages so could have been done in one. This meant taking two half-days of annual leave.
• My second interview was confirmed for 10am, but changed to 11am despite me saying it didn’t suit.
• First on-site interviewers seemed ill-prepared.
• Second-stage interviewers didn’t have many structured questions, didn’t take notes, and I’m unsure how candidates were compared fairly. One interviewer sat with arms crossed for much of the discussion.
• Asked the same questions in both interviews, including about a degree I studied 20 years ago.
• When I asked the recruiter for advice or guidance to prepare for the second stage, none was provided.
• Was told I’d hear the outcome the day after the second stage, but it took nearly a week.
Overall: Not a respectful or well-managed candidate experience. The process has left me with a poor impression of the organisation as a whole.

Interview
There was a screening telephone interview with HR followed by a second stage face to face formal interview. The second interview took about 45 minutes and included a 10 minutes presentation. Really good engagement and communication throughout the interview process.

Interview
I applied online with a CV and cover letter. I was emailed a week or so later inviting to a screening call. It was quite impersonal and no way to contact or ask questions but this is likely due to high volume of candidates.
