They will simply waste your time. They will call you and ask about everything - school, college, first job, current job, and current company. They will also give you a technical data sheet to fill out with all your bio-data. This is the first time I am encountering all this, and it is weird. I suggest that next time, you ask about the ECTC upfront, and if you cant match it, just end the damn call.
