The interviews are very involving starting with panel then proceeds to one on one with regional functional heads. Final stages is offer negotiation with human resource.

Trois à quatre entretiens ( n+1 , n+2,DG, RH). Processus de recrutement plutôt long , durée longues entre deux entretiens.Pas de test écrits , quelques questions techniques sur le métier.

It was normal. Local receptionist not friendly at all. Let alone at corner waiting for long for the interviewer . Questions were normal , not too difficult but not really related on the finance areas.
