Was recruited through LinkedIn, had a phone interview with the DM and a face to face interview with another SM in the area. The DM wanted to know how I got to where I was in my retail career. What were my goals, long and short term, weaknesses and strengths. Got along very well. The interview with the SM was almost 2 hours long we got along really well. I learned a "Day in the Life" of a SM. Very interesting company.
