Interviewer did not respond or join the interview process. Asked to reinterview a week later. Not professional and not a good experience for the candidate. Declined final round interview after this interaction with the recruiter.
After applying, there was a phone call screening with a recruiter, followed by a video call interview with the team for which the position was for. In some cases, there are multiple rounds of these video interviews.
