Interview on the phone then in person interview wasn't hard just about customer service. And about how well you've done with customers. Pretty easy you could think of answer off the top of your head

Very easy got hired on the spot. Very friendly interviewer and everyone was happy to help. Only complaint was that I had called in early letting them know I was coming and I still had to wait for a manager to show up, was waiting for like 30 minutes.

Interview was quick. They were nice and outlined the next steps clearly. The downside was they said they'd call me either way ( if I did/n't get the jbob ] and they never did.
