Interviewed with HR, did drug test, plus background... She was very interested on if could drive a forklift both sit down and and stand up. I was more the qualified... an offer sheet was given to me. I accepted

Very straight forward. I was asked a few situational questions and took a quick mouth swab drug test. Met with a manager and HR. Was given compensation rate before I left. I was offered the job about 5 days later

It was laid back and we laughed alot. They want to know what kind of person you are. They let you schedule the interview at what time works best for you. Its the best interview I had in a long long time
