Applied online obviously it's remote position. Phone interview to start then if you get second interview it's one hour zoom interview (isn't bad just how you would handle situations etc)

Interview
If selected a prescreen interview is completed by HR, if selected for a 2nd interview with the hiring manager. Lots of behavioral interview questions use the star method to answer them. They will call a week or two after the 2nd interview to make the offer if you were selected.

Interview
The first interview was over the phone, I was scheduled for the second (also was the last) interview while still on the phone. The second interview was a video over Microsoft teams. The questions were simple, and easy to answer. Honestly it feels easy to be hired, but be prepared they are stringent with their rules for attendance etc.
