I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn with an offer to interview for a senior UI developer position at Lowe's Innovation Labs, a separate entity under the umbrella of the Lowe's company. They were looking to add a few software engineers to their team.
In my round 1 interview with the head of one software team, there was a brief behavioral segment and a few coding questions in TypeScript on CoderPad (1 string manipulation question and 1 question about arranging seating within a 2D array based on a set of rules). I was moved forward to round 2, but it wouldn't be scheduled until 2 months later.
In round 2, another team leader asked me to complete a feature in React on CoderPad.
I was notified after that I was not selected to move forward.
