They have a standard video based approach. The questions are standard behavioral ones, after you submit the answers the HR gave a call but then she ghosted. I tried following up but she isn't the type to be bothered with responses

They asked of experience CS and how I would lead CS for retail or food joint that's using Lytics. The questions were all behavioral and based on experience, but I believe this was a huge waste of time. I believe they don't have ATS and end up making candidates waste there time
