Ltts Charter School interview questions

The first stage of the interview was the phone screening. Someone called me and verified that I had applied for the said position with the establishment. The person explained the job descriptions and specification and confirmed if I met the required qualification . I was asked if I would be willing to show my documents if shortlisted for interview. Next, I got a call to set up a "One on One "interview after an Initial phone call. This interview, was semi formal; they want to get to know me and see if I was the right fit for the job. I was asked to introduce myself, so I quickly gave my name and a summary of my qualification and work experience. Then the interviewer started asking questions in between.
