Interview
Friendly and efficient. You'll start with a recruiter screen and go through a few layers of management before a final decision is made. The process was typical. It was refreshing how transparent the organization was about their pros and cons. I felt like I knew what I was in for if I said yes.

Question 1
They asked me about previous experiences scaling in a growing, transforming organization.
Going into this was exciting and encouraging. However, I quickly learned that the process was unorganized, frazzled, unprofessional and ultimately a waste of time. One of the hiring managers even came out of the gate and shared that the negative reviews you read on Glassdoor about poor candidate experience are true. I just wish I didn’t have to experience it for myself.
