just one phone interview. Set up by the recruiter. the interview was more for you to learn about the company...what your role will be...scope of the projects...and the department. Also to let know how the working from home and flex schedule is administered. part time in the office...part time at home.

The experience was fairly average. I faced difficulty with interview questions, received feedback about unfocused answers, but my presentation showcasing company research was a standout. I think i needed more practise on interviews.

I had 4 rounds of interviews. First round is technical round. Second is self communication test. Third I had Manager discussion and then HR discussion. The interviews were done within 2 days but for the offer it took 10 days due to Diwali holidays.

I never ever thought interview procedure will go that much fast.
within 4 days Lumen finished interview process and released very good CTC/offer which is really good.
