I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lumen (Vancouver, WA) in Feb 2025
Interview
It was a 2 part with screening them interview. The screening give little detail but the actual interview went really well. Lots of info was given about the company and job. I had the opportunity to ask a lot questions and was able to talk about my strengths and experience without feeling rushed.
