Analytics style interview with no live person. Practice is available but metrics are analyzed by AI (I assume). Similar to VMock. There was no live interaction. Lumen was formerly known as Centurylink.

Interview
During COVID, their interview process was online. I had to complete a virtual video interview that included 7 timed and recored questions and 2 games. Then I was contacted by a recruiter to complete more questions and schedule a call with them.

Interview
Phone Screen took about 30 minutes and asked normal hr questions. Web interview was more intensive on how I would handle the job. It was a quick process and if never had a Skype interview can be quite frightening.
