I attended a Lumen job fair. It began with a sort of orientation with a speaker explaining things about the job and company. Then we sat and waited for a face to face interview. At the conclusion of the interview it was explained to me that I would be contacted within a few days about offer or rejection of employment.

Phone call, and in person. I applied online and then did a phone interview and then an in person interview. After that I was givin and call to discuss pay and then I received the job offer. Drug test is required.
