Lumicor interview questions

I was moving from Delaware to Washington so I did 2 video interviews, 1 phone interview, and 2 in person interviews. I interviewed with one person and then as it progressed, with the whole team and owner. Nothing crazy happened, but it was just an over-all nice interview with people who love what they do.

I applied online via Monster.com from out-of-state. A couple days after submitting my resume I was contacted by the marketing manager to setup a Skype interview (due to my out of state status) with the marketing team. The video interview went well and I was invited out to Seattle the following week to interview in-person and visit the office. The group was fun and easy going. We chatted about Seattle, the new iPhone, my experience and the company's marketing goals.
