There were 30 candidates and separated into 3 groups. There were three stages, including a group discussion about what kind of characters a LUSH employee should have, choose a gift from LUSH in pair according to a scenario and deliver your idea and introduce your favourite item from your home.

There was a three stage interview process, all of which were carried out casually yet professionally. There was a one-on-one interview with a manager, a demo with a product and role play with another interviewee.

Fairly straightforward, spent some time being observed on the shop floor with customer to see how I demonstrated products etc. They only asked 4-5 questions - things like ‘how do you feel your floor trial went?’ And ‘Why do you want to work for us?’
