Luzmo interview questions

Initial chat with VP of engineering, cut short as salary expectations did not match. Had a pleasant discussion up until then just discussing background, the company, team composition, and what we were both looking for. It would have been better if either the salary range was posted on the job description or I was asked to provide salary expectations during the application process for screening. Nonetheless it was only 20 minutes of my time.
