I applied online. I interviewed at M. Cohen and Sons (Broomall, PA) in Jun 2017
Interview
A lot of cursing and machismo. Interviewed with the President of the company Brian Cohen. He was unprofessional and presented himself as a (gangsta). Made me laugh inside though with his candor and honesty about what he expects from his new hires. Avoid the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at M. Cohen and Sons (Mount Laurel, NJ) in Apr 2017
Interview
Well first I had to take a 3 hour round trip to Mt. Laurel, NJ and then two 1 hour and 20 minute round trips to their office in Broomall for interviews. I was then eventually turned down for the job. Obviously someone gets the job and someone doesn't but this interview process was grueling for the fact that being unemployed resources are low to afford this many trips to different places for interviews. They also dragged the process out over close to a month.

Interview
Was very brief but all I need to know about the position was easily explained and shown during the tour of the facility. Staff was very friendly and professional. CO workers were very helpful with settling in on a very fast paced job
