M&J Trimming interview questions

I got the interview through a recruiter and interviewed with Jack. Be prepared to answer all common interview questions. I thought he was rude and sarcastic with his comments. He asked me why I thought I deserved the salary I was asking and pretty much laughed in my face and said based on my skills and experience I didn't deserve it. I would not like to work for a company where people are rude and look down on you. You are supposed to be team in order for a business to succeed.

Met with General Manager and Principle of M&J Trimming. Standard interview, looked over my portfolio and discussed the position. Right off the bat I was told that this position does not have much room for growth and is usually a stepping stone in the careers of those who had had it previously. Salary is non-negotiable.
