Interview
Pretty straight forward. Customer service oriented questions. One on one. The interviewing process is done in a timely manner from beginning to end. Interviewed with CEO's wife. She gave me the background of the company and introduced me to the secretary. The secretary (Holly) was personable as well as professional. Very small office setting. Call center takes up much of the office space.

Interview
I met with the call center manager, and her assistant for roughly an hour. We spoke about the expectations of the job, and my experience with customer relations/customer support. I did not have an additional interview, I followed up via phone and that was the extent of the interview.
