First with the HR who will explain the benefits available, asking why do you leave your job, and the purpose of seeking a new job. Then the next time with the technical people who will ask some technical stuff. The technical stuff depends on what fields they are hiring you for. It is not always the syntax that they are asking you but also what is the idea behind the syntax. There are also subcontractors that are also hiring.
