Interview
Company interview process was pretty average. 1 phone interview, 2 in-person. Everyone was very nice, asked me relevant questions and stayed on topic. This was pre-covid, so the company has gone through some changes since.

Interview
Several communication issues over several weeks. They expressed urgency to fill the position but twice canceled at the last minute. The first time there was a call scheduled with the CEO and he never called. The recruiter (who is off-shore and uses someone else's profile to communicate) said something came up. Then they wanted me to travel to NYC on my own dime because they don't have a travel policy. Glad I did not invest because several more times they asked for availability to interview with the CTO, again canceled last minute. Then they requested other availability which I provided and they never responded to.
