Very straight forward! The managers seemed to be happy where they are at and excited for the future of the company. Seemed like a good vibe. Had to give a presentation which was a good move on their part.

Question 1
What experience do you have with the public sector?
The process starts with a behavioral assessment, then an interview with AM team and then an interview involving a demonstration to showcase your selling skills. Final interview was with the Account Executive you would be working with. Overall a pleasant experience - the team interviewing me were kind and gracious.

Interview
The interview process was really smooth.
First had a phone interview with Tiffany, from HR. From the beginning I felt this was the type of company I wanted to work for.
There were two other interviews after that, one with the AM Director and and the last one was supposed to be an remote demonstration which they switched to a Customer Scenario Role Play.
I was thrilled because they switched it to accommodate me due to my previous work experience.
I could feel the good vibes and the welcoming even though the interview process was not in person.
