Very efficient interview process, lots of stages. When in lockdown everything was online so it was odd starting a new position in 2022 not having met ANY of the people you would be working directly with. As far as I am aware that is still the standard procedure. You will start the position having never met your store manager. But other than that, the interview process was really fun and didn’t feel like a job interview at all
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MECCA (Sydney) in Jun 2023
Interview
Quite easy, I applied during June and received an invitation to interview a few weeks later. It was a 10 minute Zoom call in which they asked fairly easy questions. (Also I didn't wear black, I don't think it really matters) I got the offer a few days later. Overall the process from interview to being hired was fairly quick.

Interview
Ask a few questions about yourself, why you want to work, what does customer service look like to you, how you can go above and beyond for customers and purely just online interview through zoom meeting
