The first was a telephonic phone interview round, and they mostly asked about my background my experience and the things that I mentioned in my resume and if they were actually matching with what I said and the job description that they had. The second interview was a panel of five people working in the company and they mostly asked me questions about RPG , sql and The second interview was a panel of five people working in the company and they mostly asked me questions about RPG programming sequel some technical questions mostly related to the job description.
One thing I didn’t like about the interview was that they weren’t really giving good feedback when I was answering so I wasn’t understanding if they were understanding what I was saying or not

Interview
Applied online, received a response after 10 days requesting an interview. Received call for interview an hour after it’s scheduled time. No apology or acknowledgement of the delay. The interview went well, asked scenario questions pertaining to the role. Interview took place on a Friday, was informed I would be moving along to the second interview with the manager and hear back from them the coming Wednesday. Sent a thank you email that went unanswered and a follow up email 6 days later that probably would’ve went unanswered had I not CC the manager in it. They informed me the role has been filled. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of peoples time.
