An interview with 2 staff located in a run-down building. We were in a big conference room that lacked proper lighting and the whole vibe was just very dreary. The interview started late. One of the interviewers’ cell phone rang in the middle of the interview. If that wasn’t rude enough, he also actually answered the call. Overall, the energy draining vibe and unprofessional interviewers made things uncomfortable. I also never heard back despite them saying I’d receive a decision.
