Overall I would say its pretty ok. Just make preparations before the interview and everything will be ok. Be calm and stay focused and try to keep the conversation going by asking related questions........

It went really well and it was smooth sailing. There were 2 interviewers at once and they gave a tour of the call center. Had you observe the job on the same day. I would have liked to know that was going to happen prior to the interview for scheduling purposes
