The interview process was good. I had an interview with the hiring manager then made it to the next stage which consisted of three back to back to back hour-long interviews with groups of 2-4 interviewers. They asked about my experience and some behavioral-based questions. Everyone I interviewed with was very nice and asked good and fair questions.

What do you know about the company?
Tell me about yourself.
What interests you about the position?
Thank you for your feedback! Even if an offer is not extended, we value everyone we meet in the interview process and hope you have found a wonderful place to land.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at MIRATECH
Interview
It was a pretty straight forward process. Their were 2 on site interviews, one with just the manager and one with a group of managers. Both were typical, just trying to get to know you better. There was a tour during the first interview and it showed how laid back and friendly the culture is. They seem to take care of their employees well. They also move very fast. The interview process was only a matter of days and the offer came the day after the second interview.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MIRATECH (Tulsa, OK)
Interview
Fairly Extensive. Includes Engineering aptitude test, behavioral assessment, two phone interviews and two in person interviews. You will get to meet several of the employees. More than likely though, they will all give the okay, and there is only one or two people that ever say no. Application Engineering manager and VP of Engineering.

Thank you for your feedback. Please note since this review, MIRATECH has undergone an extensive leadership overhaul and full ownership restructuring. It is a much better interview experience than it was over 10 years ago :)
