That's odd, we use Salesforce to track applicants and only had one applicant in Dec 2014. That person had one phone call, no take home assignments and no offer either. It sounds like you are our former COO, who secretly started a competing company while still working for us and then abruptly left in May 2015. It was a terrible thing to do that cost some of our friends their jobs. We've worked hard to overcome your actions, including things like posting negative reviews about us. We like to take the higher ground and not post negative reviews about you. We now have a thorough interview process, but our focus is really on determining if the person is someone we want to work with on a daily basis. We are a close-knit team and want to make sure that our new team members fit in well, so that we don't hire anyone like you. Since you left, a good portion of our day is spent laughing and it would be really awkward if a new team member didn't share in our somewhat geeky sense of humor.
