I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at MME Consulting (Sacramento, CA) in Dec 2022
Interview
Applied then got a call from the recruiter 1 week later. There were a total of 3 interviews. 1) Phone Interview with Recruiter 2) Phone Interview with Hiring Manager 3) Panel Interview with 3 Managers 4) Assessment on Same Day at #3 Overall, a great group of professionals. However, they are rigid and turned off by those who look to grow in the tech field. They prefer hiring someone who plans to be a career guy/gal. The assessment was based on 18 questions with each getting progressively harder, which was used to test your knowledge and thought process. The assessment was one where the assessor read the task and you had to do it. Some included: add a printer to this device, share permissions of this file, find hidden folders on the network, something about an MX, find the IP address using the CMD prompt, and more.
