Interview
One interview shortly after submitting resume which took about twenty minutes with the restaurant manager. I received a call later and was given the job the same day, with a start date of a few days later. Simple situational questions and typical strengths/weaknesses.

Describe a time you have encountered conflict and how you dealt with it.
The interview process was very easy going even though I was nervous. Questions were asked, I was able to get a pizza after my interview as well. They were very busy so I was unsure if I would even be interviewed.

Interview
The interview process was easy and I was hired on the spot. The manager asked typical interview questions and wanted to know more about me as a person. I felt very relaxed and the staff/manager were very friendly.
