Nice interview, with very straightforward questions about past experience in archaeology, other work outside archaeology that can have transferrable skills, willingness to drive company vehicle , and why you want to work with mola.
I applied on a sunday, recieved an email for an interview on the monday for the following week. The interview was a video call. Very easy, informal. They let me know i got the job 3 days after the interview.
