Good questions that show who you are as a whole rather than just your skills. Very interactive, two-way interview and felt like a good chat rather than a very formal interview.

Precise and informative. Friendly and approach senior members of staff who were approachable throughout interview process. Explained position and what is expected within the role and promoted a diverse and inclusive working atmosphere. Very social inside and outside the office and encouraged development when I suggested I hadn't experience in part of the role.
