The interview process is simple and straightforward. The approach is direct and uncomplicated, making it easy for candidates to understand what’s expected. There aren’t unnecessary rounds , communication is clear, timelines are respected, and feedback is provided promptly.

Two rounds - first was a short one with GM and line manager, second with head of organisation. Since it was a senior position, there was more discussions and less questioning.
