Extremely slow. I was there 2+ hours. I waited 30 minutes on top of arriving 15 minutes early, before the interview ever started. It was as if, I was interviewing the gentleman, but I was not asking any questions. He simply just kept telling me about his life, career, career choices and how he had made decisions that had put him in his position.
When he took the time to ask me questions, it was if he had never looked at my resume at all. I had almost earned my second associates degree and he offered me an hourly wage $5 less than what I was making at the time.
I was offered a different position than what I thought I was applying for via the Ivy Tech Job Board. I was told that I would hear from the gentleman in a week or two, if I got the job.......that was about 10 or 11 months ago?
