After going through several round of interviews and a chaotic onsite trip, they ghosted me. I checked everything on the job requirements and skillset, at least they should give me an update of my status.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MTS Systems (Eden Prairie, MN) in Apr 2019
Interview
Initial phone screen with recruiter followed by one on site interview with a product owner, the hiring manager including plant tour, then 2 more engineers. There was no technical screen part of the interview just a discussion of my background and their current needs. In the final part with the other two software engineers I asked more questions than they did. The recruiter followed up with me by phone the next day and an offer was made the following week.
